- Food: Please take all perishable foods with you. Do not leave them in the refrigerators or cabinets.
- Lights: Please turn off all lights
- AC/ heating: Please turn off all AC and heating systems including window units.
- Linens are provided at Twin Lakes. Please place them in hampers in the mens and womens restrooms.
- Dishes: Please wash and put away all dishes.
- Trash: Please collect al trash in the trash bags provided and place trash in the designated areas.
- Keys: Please return all keys according to the arrangements made.
- Fires: no bonfires without special permission. Campfires are ok.
- Grounds: Please pick up trash around the lakes. Do not throw any trash into the lakes. Keep all outdoor items outside and all indoor items inside.
- Smoking: No smoking inside any facility buildings or houses. Place all butts in trash containers.
- Fishing: No live bait is allowed. Catch and Release strictly enforced.
- Boats: Please return boats where they were found.
- Firearms: Firearms are not permitted on the property at any time.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed at Twin Lakes.
